Integration FAQs
What integrations does Floxa support?
Floxa currently integrates with Stripe for card payments on invoices. Accounting integrations (Xero and QuickBooks), calendar sync (Google Calendar and Outlook), Slack notifications and Zapier automation are on our roadmap.
How does the Stripe integration work?
Connect your Stripe account once in Floxa's settings. From then on, every invoice you send can include a secure payment link. When a client pays by card, the payment is recorded against the invoice automatically — no manual reconciliation.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Integrations are included in every Floxa plan, including Solo. Stripe charges its own standard card processing fees on payments, but Floxa doesn't add anything on top.
Can I request an integration?
Yes — we build our roadmap around what small teams actually need. Tell us which tool you'd like Floxa to connect to and we'll factor it into what we build next.
Is my data safe when I connect an integration?
Yes. Floxa is UK-hosted and encrypted, and integrations use secure OAuth connections wherever possible. We never store your Stripe credentials — the connection is managed by Stripe itself.
